WHAT IS F.I.R.S.T. LEGO LEAGUE?
For Inspiration & Recognition of Science & Technology
F.I.R.S.T. LEGO League Robotics introduces students (ages 9-15) to real-world engineering challenges by building LEGO-based robots to complete tasks on a thematic playing surface. F.I.R.S.T. LEGO League teams, guided by their imaginations and adult coaches, discover exciting career possibilities and, through the process, learn to make positive contributions to society.

The Lions Omega Team Research Project designed a smart phone app to assist vulnerable populations in emergency situations.

The Lions Alpha Team Research Project designed/conceptualized swarm robots for use in search and rescue during disaster relief.
